Ian has experience of writing a number of funding bids on behalf of Local Authorities which have included 2 successful bids for £500,000
One of these bids related to software funding for Northgate and ensured all users gained benefit from DWP funds. The other was a bid to the now defunct SW REIP and secured money to build a new Communications hub for Bath & North East Somerset; contributing to CCTV relocation and new accommodation.
Ian has experience of being on the other side of the fence letting and evaluating contracts for software suppliers in relation to Revenue and Benefits as well as Document Management solutions.
Ian has also submitted bids for performance awards such as IRRV and LGA as well as supporting corporate bids for a range of prizes.
